Welcome to Common Good - formerly Easho Wishlists ! We've updated & moved our platform to make donating much easier.
We are essentially two charities combined. Baby basics is a national charity with baby banks across the country, we are the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire branch. We provide Moses Basket starter packs and hospital essentials for those in need, including vulnerable groups such as teenage mums, families on low income and women fleeing domestic abuse and trafficking. They are referred to us by with Midwives, Health Visitors, Social Workers and Local Charities.
Bundles of Hope began as a result of feedback from those professionals, asking if there was somewhere for new parents to meet to discuss challenges and find resources. We then started Bundles of Hope to provide the opportunity for families of preschool children to come together twice a week (Monday and Thursday) in a safe, warm, welcoming place. Bundles of Hope quickly became the place parents and carers can go to meet other families, to share ideas and get support with any issues they face. Toddlers can play in a safe environment while carers and parents can get a cuppa and share experiences, ask for help and pick up free items.
